Mark Geragos has yet disclosed any details about his defense of singer Chris Brown against the charges that he brutally attacked performer Rihanna. Regardless of this, a variety of different statements by his defense attorney last week seem to indicate that a portion of his strategy may be to go after the police department for the leak of a photograph of the performers bruised face.
